Capitol Anesthesiology Association Physicians are not employed by the hospitals where we work. The bill from the hospital may include anesthesia charges related to the equipment, drugs, and other supplies that we use, but you will be billed separately for our services by Capitol Anesthesiology Association. Anesthesiology fees are charged based on the Relative Value Guide developed by the American Society of Anesthesiologists and accepted by most major insurance companies.
